Licensing
All our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license. Wobzy themes can be used for personal or commercial use on unlimited personal or commercial websites.
Term
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software, together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Software, together with all copies thereof.
By downloading any theme you agree that you have examined all requirements to run the Software. No refunds will be given after that. The wordpress themes are licensed and not sold. Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 2.8 or higher, any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality.
Refund Policy
Since we offer non-tangible irrevocable goods we reserve the right to issue refunds for any theme purchased. Once a transaction for any theme download has been completed, we may refuse to refund your payment. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read the section on the product, or feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is supplied “AS IS”. Wobzy disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software.
Disclaimer of Damages
Wobzy assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Software, even if Wobzy has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price.
Modifications
We take no liability over any modification you do or a third party makes to any of our themes, and will not support any modified theme. Theme support will only be given to customers who purchase a Wobzy.com theme package.
Price Changes
Wobzy reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a product with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to our website.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
